Il Fußballclub Basel 1893, noto in Italia come Basilea, è una società calcistica svizzera con sede nell'omonima città di Basilea. La sua fondazione risale al 15 novembre 1893. Milita nella Super League, la massima divisione del campionato svizzero.

È uno dei club più titolati di Svizzera, nonché seconda società per titoli nazionali vinti (20) alle spalle del Grasshoppers (27) e davanti al Servette (17). Ha vinto anche 12 Coppe di Svizzera, una Supercoppa di Svizzera e una Coppa di Lega svizzera.

Disputa le partite interne al St. Jakob-Park, inaugurato nel 2001 in sostituzione del vecchio St. Jakob Stadium, demolito nel 1998.
